Yeah. I may just have the ability to write down exactly what I feel but heck, why did I take it too seriously? I have this constant urge to solve the maze of human (read customer) psychology and see through the clutter of an overly chaotic market. Why though?
The answer is simple. As a copywriter, you need to play with words like a pro. More precisely, bring out and assemble the missing words that can hit someone’s attention at once.
Understanding what a brand wants to communicate to its customer is the biggest challenge a copywriter accepts.
Oh yes, drink a hell lot of coffee!
And start researching pop cultures meticulously even if you can’t relate to them anymore.
Never forget to discuss with your teammates especially the graphic designers whatever the heck you guys are cooking. Working on your own isn’t a smart move in that case.
